BBQ and Vegetable Pizza (Vegan)

BBQ and Vegetable Pizza (Vegan)

This delicious pizza has no dairy but all of the flavor you could ever

want. The crust is thin and has just the right amount of a crunch, the saucy BBQ is sweet and tangy with a bit of a kick, topped with broccoli, cauliflower and onion (or whatever vegetables you have really). The pizza dough came out pretty similar to California Pizza Kitchen’s which was an incredibly pleasant surprise! Made into personal sized pizza you and your friends/family can customize your pizza with the perfect amount of ingredients for your taste.

The Dough (Serves 4)

Ingredients:

1 C

up Warm Water

1 1/2 Teaspoons Yeast

1 Teaspoon Salt

2 Cups Flour

Mix warm water, yeast, and salt into a medium size bowl and let stand for about 5 minutes. Slowly add sifted flour and stir until dough forms, its going to be sticky so flour your hands get in there and mix the dough well (not too much though). Place damp paper towel over dough in bowl, make sure its completely covered and refrigerate over night.

The following day on a floured surface kneed dough and create a smooth ball.

Cut into fourths.

Take a piece and round it into a ball. Flatten into a thin circle about 6 or 7 inches round.

Flour again and create a small crust by folding the outsides in a little and push down to make it stick.

*Preheat Oven to 350.

Putting it all together

Ingredients:

Pizza Dough

BBQ Sauce

Chopped Broccoli, Cauliflower and Onion

Here's the fun part, put your dough on a pan and add desired amount of sauce onto the dough and add vegetables. With the preheated oven at 350 let cook for about 20 minutes checking for the crust to be slightly golden. Take out of oven cut and enjoy!
